To mark a significant 25-year milestone, we styled a dazzling silver-themed celebration that transformed an ordinary space into an unforgettable experience for Sudima Hotels at their Rotorua property.
Guests were welcomed by a glamorous silver swag entrance and red carpet, leading into a completely reimagined conference room. Once a standard venue, it was turned into a classy silver paradise with full room draping and lush greenery to soften the aesthetic.
The feature photo wall – an eye-catching silver sequin panel wall with illuminated numbers – set the stage for memorable moments, while custom Sudima handheld signs added a fun, branded twist.
Stylish bar leaners dressed in silver sequin covers were elegantly finished with custom-branded candle wraps, glowing tealight votives, and fresh floral arrangements.
To complement the high-energy celebration, we created a serene chill-out lounge in a separate room. With soft lighting, plush cushions, and modern lounge furniture, it offered guests a welcoming space to relax while listening to live music.
